Referring to our interview of this morning, we have pleasure in informing you that, in our opinion, a petroleum tank placed on the Kowloon Peninsula in the vicinity of the Cosmopolitan Dock would not in any way endanger the Island of Hongkong, even if the petroleum therein took fire.
